Private Party FAQ
Q) How much does it cost to rent out The Lounge?
A) The price to rent out The Lounge for your private event is $300 on Saturdays, and $200 Tues-Fri, & Sun.
The room is held exclusively for your party from 6:30pm-11:00pm. After 11:00pm all patrons are allowed access to the bar located in The Lounge, however your party is welcome to stay in The Lounge throughout the night.
Q) How do I secure my reservation?
A) You can secure your reservation by making your full payment at least 7 days in advance of your event. Your party is not confirmed until payment is received. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are ready to reserve your party and make your payment or call or text General Manager Richard at 312-391-1836.
Q) Can I bring my own cake?
A) Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake. Please also bring disposable plates and forks to serve.
Q) Can I decorate the room?
A) Yes, you’re welcome to put up some light decorations. We just ask that you leave the room the way you found it and take down your decorations when your party is finished.

A) Do you offer bottle service?
Q) Yes we offer bottle service through our General Manager Richard.
Q) It’s my birthday, can I get a discount?
A) We do not offer discounts when booking events.
Q) What kind of discount can I get on food and drinks?
A) We do not offer discounts on food or drinks.
Q) Do I have to order food or place a catering order?
A) As long as you’ve paid your private rental fee you are not required to order food. However, you are encouraged to place a catering order from our Jerk Shack. You can also allow your guests to order food individually off of our regular menu.
Q) If I book and pay for a party in The Lounge do my guests have to pay a cover charge?
A) Yes all guests must pay an admission charge. If you prepay for your guests and provide a complete written list of your prepaid guests to our Director of Security or General Manager the day of your event, these guests will not have to pay an individual admission charge.
Q) Where/how do we get our drinks?
A) There is a full service cash bar located in The Lounge that will be staffed by a Wild Hare bartender. Your guests are also free to mingle throughout the venue and order their drinks from the bars in both The Music Room, and the Front Bar. You can run a tab for your guests or have them pay individually.
Q) Can we hear the music from the main stage in The Lounge?
A) Yes, the live music can be heard clearly throughout the venue. We also have TV monitors throughout the club that project the band on stage.
Q) I would like to book my party for this Saturday. Is The Lounge available?
A) Please try to leave plenty of lead time (at least 7 days is required) if you are planning on having your event at The Wild Hare, especially on a Saturday night. We cannot guarantee availability or even an email response if you are inquiring about a Saturday night less than 7 days in advance. However, we appreciate your interest and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
